Rain, wind, snow… We have it all for you this time around!

A few showers are likely this morning, but rain will pick up this afternoon and evening.  Rain could become heavy at times overnight, as the cold front passes through.

A High Wind Warning is in effect for the Oregon Coast from noon today, until 8 PM.  Expect a southerly wind 30 to 40 mph, with gusts to 60 mph along the beaches.  In addition, there’s also a High Surf Advisory through Saturday.  Watch out for rough surf and high tides over the next few days.

In the Cascades, the snow level falls from 7,000 ft. today to 4,000 ft. tomorrow.  Snow will start to pile up on the passes tomorrow morning through Saturday night.  At the ski resorts, we could be talking about 2 to 3 FEET of new snow!

Showers and sunbreaks are likely Friday, with another good shot of rain in the valley Saturday evening.  I expect mostly dry weather Sunday.  We’ll keep you posted on this incoming storm!
