The Overview

Patchy fog starts our Tuesday, otherwise, it’s a mostly sunny day on the way. But an east wind will be blowing pretty good in and near the Columbia River Gorge. That’ll keep things clear, there. Most morning lows in the metro area will be in the 30s for the second morning in a row.

Rain holds off until sometime on Thursday – then it looks wet for awhile!

The Tuesday details now:

Coast: Patchy fog, otherwise, mostly sunny with a NE breeze. Highs: 58-62.

I-5 Corridor/Willamette Valley: Cold start, again. Patchy fog, otherwise, mostly sunny. Highs: 56-60.

Gorge: Patchy fog central, clear and breezy, west end. East winds around Cascade Locks will be blowing 15-30mph.  Highs: 57-60.

Cascades: Mostly sunny. The freezing level climbs to around 11,000 feet in the afternoon. Highs: 41-51.

Central/Eastern Oregon: Another sunny day is on the way. We all know the drill right now: a cold start, a mild finish in the 50s. I say, let’s just keep this going! Highs: 51-59.
