2009 Pro Football Challenge
KOIN, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the "Company"), will conduct the Contest in the Station's Designated Market Area (as defined by Nielsen) substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

1. Description of Contest/Participation.

A. Dates of Contest:
Dates of Contest: The Contest will begin and end on or about September 05, 2009 - April 01, 2010.

B. How to Enter and Play:
No purchase necessary to participate or win. Purchase does not increase chance of winning. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.

Your e-mail address will be used to identify you. Log on to the Station's website; click on the 2009 Pro Football Challenge icon and register by completing all the required information including a valid US postal address and home phone number. Users who play under multiple accounts for this game are not elgible to win prizes. You can play every week during the course of the Contest, however you may only enter one time each week. Once you are properly registered, you may log-on, make your selection of the winning pro football teams in the games scheduled to be played during the week, and enter what you think will be the total number of points scored for the last game played during the week. The Contest "week" is defined as all games played between Thursday and Monday, remember games are played on Thursdays for some weeks. Please note that any game left blank in any given week will be automatically scored as an incorrect answer. To avoid this you must pick every team playing that week. A tie in a football game will count as a correct answer, provided you picked a team, regardless of the team selected. Please note that any pick left blank in any given game will be automatically entered as an incorrect answer and no points will be awarded. To avoid this you must pick all of the games each week as well as the tie breaker.

C. Determination of Winners:
1) The weekly winner, if applicable, of the Contest is determined by counting up the number of games in which each player has correctly chosen the winning team (The team that had the higher actual point total is considered the winning team. Point spreads are not counted). The Grand Prize winner, if applicable, of the Contest is determined by the number of games each player has correctly chosen throughout the course of the entire Contest. Other Prizes, if applicable, will be awarded to players with the next highest total of correctly chosen winning teams.

2) In the event of a tie in total wins predicted in a given week, we will look at the total points the player estimates for the specified tie-break game. The player with the closest estimate without going over will be that weeks winner. In case there is a tie after total wins and total tie-break points for a week, then the weekly winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible tie score contestants. In the case of a tie in total season wins predicted and total tie-break points, the Grand Prize winner and other prize winners, if applicable, will be selected in a random drawing from all tie score contestants.

In the event that the 2009 Pro Football League season is postponed, terminated early, or cancelled for any reason (such as a strike or lockout), the Station reserves the right to award prizes based on scores at the time the season is disrupted, or to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest at its discretion.
