Six people were arrested Wednesday in a domestic violence sweep that covered Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties.
Over 114 warrants were issued in the tri-county sweep, part of the 9th annual National Family Violence Apprehension Detail, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO).
The names of four of the six suspects have been released. They are 43-year-old Tammy Jo Kendrick, 64-year-old James Lawrence Bargerhuff, 50-year-old William Francis Reed and Karen Jean Roberts, 56.
The suspects face various charges, including first degree sex abuse, possession of methamphetamine, endangering the welfare of a minor, prostitution and public indecency.
CCSO reports that 35 law enforcement officers from eight local agencies took part in the sweep, including the Canby, Lake Oswego and Milwaukie police departments. Nationwide, over 100 law enforcement agencies were involved.
