Milwaukee Bucks guard Michael Redd
suffered a strained left patella tendon in Saturday's 96-85 victory over
Detroit, and will miss at least the next two weeks of action.
The 30-year-old Redd played over 23 minutes in the win before leaving in the
third quarter with left knee soreness. He had nine points, three rebounds and
three assists before the early departure.
Redd then underwent an MRI on Sunday which revealed the injury. He will be
reevaluated in two weeks by team physician Dr. Michael Gordon.
Over 552 games in the NBA -- all with the Bucks -- Redd has averaged 20.5
points and 4.1 rebounds per game.
